Privacy Policy
Peyton Sweeney Guides LLC, doing business as Helm, operates helmtravel.co. This page describes what Helm collects and how it’s handled.
What Helm collects. Squarespace, the platform hosting this site, collects standard visitor analytics (pages viewed, browser type, approximate location) and uses functional cookies; Squarespace’s own privacy policy governs that platform-level processing. If you purchase a Diagnostic, Helm receives the intake you submit (loyalty balances, card portfolio, trip preferences) and a payment record. Payments are processed by Stripe. Helm never sees or stores your full card number.
How client data is stored. Client intake data is stored within Microsoft 365 services using Microsoft’s standard security controls, including SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications.
Retention. Client intake data is retained for twenty-four months following delivery of the Diagnostic, then deleted, except for records Helm must keep for tax, accounting, or legal compliance.
Deletion on request. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@helmtravel.co. Deletion completes within thirty days, except for records Helm must keep by law.
Breach notification. If a breach of your personal data is confirmed, Helm will notify you within seventy-two hours of confirmation.
No sale of data. Helm does not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party other than the service providers named above (Microsoft, Stripe, Squarespace), each bound by its own confidentiality obligations.
Case studies. Client engagements appear as case studies only with the client’s prior written consent.
