Your points should already have produced the trip.

Helm is for business owners and high earners sitting on credit card points they never figured out how to cash in. You tell me the trip you’re dreaming about. I research what your points can do and send back a plan you can book yourself, usually in about thirty minutes. The $500 fee is the whole cost, since I don’t take commissions from anyone. If the plan doesn’t find at least $1,500 of value, the $500 comes back.

You’ve earned the points. Now what?

Most clients come to me the same way. They’ve run the business through the cards for years and the points have piled up in accounts nobody’s touched. Almost everyone says some version of I didn’t know this was an option. The points keep sitting there, because learning to use them well is basically a second job.

The cards weren’t free. You paid $895 a year for the Platinum. You paid $95 for the Sapphire Preferred. You held onto status by stretching trips. The math says those fees should have paid themselves back six times over by now. Instead they sat there.

Helm exists for the moment you realize you’d rather pay someone $500 to make the math work than spend forty more hours figuring it out yourself.

The tools haven’t fixed this. Neither has hiring a travel agent.

A points tracker will show you 600,000 points spread across twelve programs. It won’t tell you which 220,000 to spend or where they’d go furthest. The blogs taught me plenty when I was learning this, but a blog can’t know what you’re looking for in a hotel, so they write about the points and stop there. I plan around the person taking the trip. A traditional agent is different in another way: the commission comes from the hotel, which gives them a quiet reason to steer you toward cash rates. I charge the fee and nothing else.

Three steps. Seven business days. Done.

Submit the intake.

1

Twelve minutes. You’ll provide your card stack, points balances, status tiers, trip vision, and travel preferences. The form skips anything that doesn’t apply to you.

Receive the Diagnostic.

2

Within seven business days, you have both pieces: the written Diagnostic Report with one specific trip recommendation and three contingency paths, and a PDF Booking Summary with the exact steps to book it.

Execute the plan yourself.

3

You book the flights, the hotel, the transfers. I never log into your accounts. I never use your cards. The plan takes about thirty minutes to execute. You take the trip.

A five-night honeymoon at a $3,000-per-night resort, for about $600 out of pocket.

Hermitage Bay, Antigua. Five nights in a beachfront suite at an all-inclusive resort with 30 suites total. Retail value: about $17,500 for two adults including flights and transfers.

Total cash out of pocket: about $600. The rest (roughly $16,900 in value) was paid for in credit card points.

Ready to find out what your points are actually worth?

At least $1,500 of value identified, or your $500 back. Delivered within seven business days of a complete intake. Before any work begins, Helm reviews your portfolio for capacity to identify at least $1,500 of measurable value. If your portfolio doesn’t support that threshold, Helm refunds the fee and declines the engagement upfront. If your portfolio does support it and the delivered Value Capture Summary falls below $1,500 anyway, Helm refunds the full fee within ten business days. Per the Terms of Service.
