At least $1,500 of value identified, or your $500 back. Delivered within seven business days of a complete intake. Before any work begins, Helm reviews your portfolio for capacity to identify at least $1,500 of measurable value. If your portfolio doesn’t support that threshold, Helm refunds the fee and declines the engagement upfront. If your portfolio does support it and the delivered Value Capture Summary falls below $1,500 anyway, Helm refunds the full fee within ten business days. Per the Terms of Service.
